This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
A. It gave me a framework for planning and running a class. I have a better idea of how to create lesson plans that fit the students’ specific needs and learning styles. Plus, I got a brush up on grammar.
B. Key thing for me will be to determine the learning needs and goals of the class through an assessment and fun activities. After that it will be a matter of pulling from my new found bag of tricks and testing to see what works best and what doesn’t work so well with my specific students.
