One of the biggest things that I learned from this course was the way to structure classes effectively. By learning about different models, such as the ESA and Boomerang, I am no longer mystified about how I should setup of the flow of my lessons. In addition, the review of verb conjugation and parts of speech was very helpful. While I use the english language every day I would not have been able to specify the differences between a present perfect and present simple verb tense. Finally, the different teaching ideas and strategies that were presented to teach the various aspects of english will be incredibly helpful in designing my lesson plans.
