I’ve realized the hard work and the dedication that you need to do this job effectively. Aside from these insights that I’ve gained, I appreciated the grammar reviews and the ideas that were given on how to teach them.
Having learned the different types of lesson plans, I’ve learned the different systems that I could use to plan my lessons for my learners. It also gave me the awareness to customize the plan to my student’s needs all the time.
I’ve learned a lot about the psychology of the job as well and how we should deal with the different types of learners that were discussed in the course.
Overall, it was a tedious journey to relearning what I’ve been doing and retaining the information that will turn me into a better trainer.
