This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

From the grammar section of the course, I have refreshed my memory of grammar that I’ve learned when I was young. It is always difficult to re-learn the basics of a language that you’ve been using for your whole life from a text especially when the basics are natural to us. This course has organized the grammar and made it clear for me. It is easier to teach a language when the language is put into a standard system or pattern.
I have also learned many skills needed to manage a classroom and to run a class. These skills include engaging, interacting, teaching, evaluating, and aids using. With the skills learned, I became more confident in teaching english as a second language. I will hope to use what I’ve learned from the course to work in countries where foreign teachers are needed and from doing this, I can experience in depth and gain exposure of another culture.
