This course has provided me with a great deal of information, techniques and strategies for teaching in the TEFL classroom. I hope to teach business english or college preparation english in Southeast Asia within the next year or two and can see how many details of grammar can be approached effectively. Although I have been a teacher for many years, I have never been a believer in lesson plans, but that has changed. I now recognize the importance of a lesson plan to cover all the critical points while also incorporating a productive mix of activities. I look forward to obtaining a job overseas and assisting students in reaching their career goals.
