This topic solidified my knowledge in the English language. As previously stated, majority of the items in this unit comes easy to me given that I have been speaking the language my entire life. However, understanding reasons behind why we pronounce certain things or why we speak a certain way allows us to question and understand the reasoning behind our language and thus we can more easily teach it to others.
