As you already mentioned, this is the probably the most complicated and difficult parts of the English language...well so far :). Something that I can effortlessly do without thinking has become a challenge again. I have learned the different uses for each tense and also how easily mistakes can be made. To be honest, I had to refer to the PDF notes many times when doing the tasks...much more so than the other units. I would suggest students do many exercises on these tenses and read English texts ( books, newspapers) as much as possible to grasp a better understanding. They can listen too but I think reading gives them more time to absorb it and compare notes.
