I have personally gained from this course a great deal of knowledge that will help me become a better teacher. When I taught ESL for two year (about ten years ago) in Quebec, my lessons were structured; however, I did not have a specific deliver method for my material such as the Engage/Study/Activate stages. I must admit that it was a bit of a challenge for me to frame my mind around structuring a lesson in this way but the more I develop plans the more it is logical for me to use the method. I am also grateful for the english grammar revision. I am fully bilingual and therefore write naturally in english and french everyday without thinking about how I am structuring my sentences. I believe that the course has helped me become a better writer.
