Although I am already a native english speaker I have come to a much greater understanding of english grammar, which I had never learned properly in school. But more than that I have learned a plethora of teaching methodologies and skills that will prove useful to me in almost any situation I could find myself as a teacher.
I plan to use the knowledge that I’ve gained here to teach in South korea or japan as a means of being better prepared for lessons so that I don’t have to be as stressed out about any future situations that I might find myself in. So I have more time to do things, outside of teaching, that I enjoy in those countries without worry of problems at work.
