This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
There are many things we have learned from this course. We have learned how to make clear and concise lesson plans and we plan on using the lesson plan format in our classrooms. We have learned how to better manage our classrooms. We both feel that we have had problems with classroom management in the past and the knowledge we have gained from this program and our research report will help us greatly. We have a better understanding of all grammar and all of the lessons from this course will be useful in the future. We will always have the lessons to refer to if we have any questions on grammar points. We have also learned from our online tutor who had corrected all the things we had done wrong or gave us advice when he felt something was misinterpreted or done weakly. Lastly we have learned how to deal with child students and adults. There were many good pointers to teach different groups of students from age to the level of english they are at. Neither of us had had any experience with teaching adults nor business students and we think that information will come in handy at some point in the future as well.
