The lesson was well thought. Particularly, the explanations given for the usage of various times. As stated in the instruction manual, past perfect continuous is rarely used. It is that it doesn't have many uses in English Language or the area of usage is not important in English. I have been wondering about for some time now. Again past perfect is used to order events in the past (especially two events) where the order is not clear. Example: 'I had come and mike left'. Meaning come happened first before leaving.
