This unit is very helpful with the various examples that are given and does a good job of explaining each part of speech with great detail. These lessons have helped me better understand the different parts of speech and how to explain them to students in ways that are easy to grasp. The new thing I learned in this lesson was the transitive and intransitive verbs and the how to tell the difference between the two only by whether the verb can be directly followed by an object or not.
