I have learnt from this unit about the roles of the teachers and learners and also about the relationship between them. I have understood that to become a good teacher is not enough to have a good subject knowledge and a good attitude towards the students. And also that the teacher can take different roles during the lesson. I think for me the role of the organizer can be a bit complicated especially with young learners because I have some issues being entertaining teacher, for example to invent some fun activities, games. Apparently I had a small experience working with small children.
