This unit was about teaching aid and resources. I really appreciated the several pages at the end of the lesson with different resources for different subject areas. The most common aids are the white/black board, the interactive board, the overhead projector, visual aids, worksheets/cards, cassette recorder, CD player, videos and DVDs, video camera, dictionaries, course books, resource books, photocopier, computers, and online resources. I felt all the information was relevant and very useful, and I learned that a video camera can be very useful in a lesson. Before reading the title blurb on video camera's, I did not know how it could be useful in a lesson but after reading the section, I am looking forward to implementing the use of a video camera/recording device in future projects.
