I have gained a lot of new insights about how to become a better english teacher and make my classes more fun and interesting for my students as well as myself.
I'd also like to say that I have been "enlightened" as to why some of my students have a more difficult time in our classes compared to others. More importantly, I feel better equipped now in dealing with their problems and helping them improve their english using better teaching methods.
Most importantly, I've learned the importance and benefits of making a lesson plan and how to make one. From now on, I'll be using lesson plans in all my classes.
