This unit discussed coursebooks and lesson materials and how although they are used for a general audience, they are still necessary for teaching. These include authentic materials and created materials. The lesson discussed the analyzing of a course book and the factors required for choosing one best suited for a classroom. I actually found the most useful part of this unit to be the Boomerang ESA question from the unit test as there has not been one so far and it was important to understand this.
