From unit 19 I have learned many important information regarding teaching special groups. I know more about teaching beginners, how to grip them, what kind of methodology and techniques to use. I am more aware of potential problems and how to cope with them. I realized how important it is to motivate my students and make them feel comfortable in my classroom. This unit gives also many useful information on teaching individual students, it shows suggestions and gives suitable activities to use in the class. From unit 19 I can also learn more about teaching children. How to prepare my lessons and what to focus on as well as advise on how to manage and discipline my class. IAfter reading this chapter I have learned more about teaching business English and what these kind of clients need. I know how to analyse the needs and plan my class. I also learned what kind of materials I should use and how to start my firs class. This unit teaches also about monolingual and multilingual classes ant their differences. I find this unit very important.
