This unit is about classroom dynamics and what makes the best teacher/learner dynamic. To be a good teacher one needs to be passionate and dedicated to all facets of the classroom experience, including teaching lessons, organizing and planning student activities, paying attention to the needs of the students, being present and helpful, and truly loving what you're doing. Students must also bring dedication, motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow to the classroom in order for successful teaching to occur. I have learned from this lesson to what to pay attention to in making sure my students are truly learning and keeping up with classroom material. I also learned how to ensure that my lesson plans will cover every facet of the learning experience.
