I have learned a few things about english grammar which I thought I knew pretty well. I have learned how to organize and structure a lesson as well as how to make lesson plans. I have learned about different EFL methodologies and can draw from them for my lessons. I have learned the importance of learning the needs of the student and to give them plenty of encouragement and feedback. I have already put many of these things into action when teaching my english students.
