TESOL Videos - Do TEFL Teachers Need a Second Language?
This is what one of our TEFL graduates feels he has gained from the course, or a part of it, and how he plans to put into action what he has learned.
in this unit, we have observed a set of learners skills, productive and receptive. in this unit we have focused on the receptive skills, listening and reading. we have examined the different ways we perceive knowledge we are exposed to by either a text or a sound. we have also learned about the difficulties and how we, as teacher approach to solving those difficulties. there are many specific ways of doing so but the general idea is to be able to mix as many skills required in your classes as possible, that being said it is as important to fit the language level and the interest it creates to your audience.
