I have learned a lot from this unit. I have learned that the modal auxiliary verbs can have many expressions. This chapter did a great job on providing a chart on the uses and different tenses in different sentences. It also cover the 2 different types of passive and gave great forms and examples of what the difference is between active and passive sentence. It cover briefly of what relatives clauses are and the 3 types of different clause that can be identify in sentences. The last subject that they also covered was the phrasal verbs which contain multiple verbs and/ or one verbs and one of a few particles. There are three types of phrasal verbs that was covered in this chapter.
