There are three different times in English: The past, the present and the future. Each of these times has four aspects: simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous. In this Unit, we've covered four of these twelve tenses: Present simple, Present continuous, Present perfect and Present perfect continuous. I've learnt the usage of present continuous, but need to think about distinguish the different of below: 1. To emphasize very frequent actions(with always) - She's always getting up so late./She always gets up so late. 2. To refer to a regular action around a point of time-He's usually working at this time./He usually works at this time. Also I found some teaching ideas are useful, like find someone who… (on page9). And for "present perfect continuous": a very important note, we do not use the present perfect continuous to communicate the number of things we have done; for this we use the present perfect.
