In this unit, I appreciated learning about the various components of maintaining discipline in the classroom. There is the process of setting up the classroom in a way that is conducive for student learning -- such as, the seating arrangements, effective lesson planning, and establishing classroom rules and expectations right from the beginning. On the other hand, how a teacher operates during the class-time is essential as well -- gestures, voices, discipline, and organizing how students work on assignments.
