I learned the important functions in making a lesson plan. These are (1) aid to planning, (2)working document, (3) record. I also learned how a lesson plan should be written down and the things that should be included in it. I also learned that when making a lesson plan, it is not necessary to be in formal plan but it should be simple, not scripted, balance of skills and flexible and open to adaptation.
