I found it interesting to see and learn about the placement test, and how it is similar in content to the diagnostic test. I like the idea of conducting progress tests and will definitely try this in an upcoming course. I think any sort of feedback on how the students are learning in you classroom is a gift and should be actioned to make the learning environment better. I will advise all my students that a practice test is recommending prior to moving to the final evaluation step.
