The demonstration classes have taught me a great deal about how much the productivity of a class changes with the attitude of the teacher. In the first demonstration video the teacher seemed rude and impatient, as a result the students felt uncomfortable and confused as they could not keep up with the pace of the lesson. On top of that, the teacher failed to give clear instructions about the study activities which caused further confusion among the students. But as we can see the classroom dynamic completely changes during the second lesson as the teacher speaks more clearly and puts forth proper explanations about the topic and gathers feedback from all the students individually at random. The students respond more and find an interest in the topic being taught. Most importantly, the teacher behaves in a more friendly manner which makes the students feel a lot more comfortable during the latter class.
