This unit is about equipment and teaching aids.
Many different teaching aids can be used in the classroom. Along traditional equipment, such as blackboards, whiteboards, overhead projectors and visual aids, we can notice how recent technology has developed new equipment, such as interactive whiteboards. It has the main advantage of simplifying the teacher's work prior to the lesson, but, as we know, technology breakdowns can happen. Therefore it's important to able to have a back-up plan.
