This unit focused on the multiple teaching methods, theories, and techniques that are used to create successful learning environments. With the methodologies from this unit, teachers are able to involve students as much as possible and see how much they already know. Using the Engage, Study, and Activate (ESA) method can include more students, make them more motivated, and result in a more efficient learning process. This unit has taught me how to apply the various methods and that by using elicitation I can motivate the students with fun and easy tasks to improve their language skills. With the newly learned techniques I will be able to keep lessons unpredictable, engaging, and conducive to learning.
