By completing this unit, I was given a good overview on how to approach behaviour management in my classroom. I learned how factors such as eye contact, gestures and voice play a big role in how successful lessons are. It was interesting to learn about the different ways to groups students and I will make sure that I consider their age, nationality, physical space, furniture available and personalities.
