This unit showed two videos. One showed an ineffective way of teaching, and one showed an effective lesson. The videos are the length of a lesson and the second video includes all the parts of a lesson. It is very helpful to see the contrast between a good lesson and a poorly taught lesson. This was a good exercise for teachers. A teacher can always learn something from watching another teacher teach, whether it is learning things "to do" or learning things "not to do." I got a couple of good ideas that I'm going to incorporate into my teaching from watching the second video.
