This unit covered and highlighted teaching in practice and what distinguishes a good teacher from a not so effective teacher. The videos showed how in the first video the teaching was not very effective. Students were confused and unable to fully engage and participate well. They also appeared intimidated as the professor would lash out at them. It was not encouraging and the students did not seem to get a good grasp of the material. The teacher was also distracting and did not organize the information well. The second video showed a successful teaching lesson which involved a lot more patience and structure to the lesson. The teacher effectively conveyed the purpose and goal of the lesson.
