Although there are many exceptions as to how a sentences should be structured, there is a rule of thumb to begin from. There are still nuances in nouns, although not as many. Adverbs are also in a tricky state where there are so many exceptions, it is hard to make a cookie-cutter templet for them. Lastly, prepositional phrase will pose a challenge to teach, since their use is usually quite specific to the context, and can hardly warrant rules.
