In this unit i have learnt about some of the methods and techniques used in teaching,when to apply them,how to apply them and at what level to apply them.I have learnt about some effective ways to help students learn English in relation to their age and culture without making the lesson boring,repetitive nor predictable.I have also learnt about the engage, study and activate (ESA) method which is very essential and often used in the teaching profession.In all this i feel that i need to be sensitive,aware and pay attention to the students as i teach them as well as monitor myself for effective results.
