Unit 20 is about Troubleshooting. It helps to predict, extract and avoid problems in teaching. There are some difficulties teachers can meet with: New or exist groups of students, first lesson, how to grab students attention and make lesson effective and productive. This unit has some mamagement suggestion in teaching such as using native language, listening problems, dealing with problems of different leveles of student. However every teacher cant avoid all the problems. This unit is very helpful in dealing with teaching problems.
