This unit was basically a compare and contrast of teaching techniques. A friendly and approachable manner is more conducive to student learning. The teacher should be prepared to model every phase of the lesson and check for understanding before moving on. Time spent learning each student’s name is never wasted. The teacher should work to create an at,o sphere in the classroom of mutual respect. While teaching the voice should be used to encourage learning and at all times the teacher should strive to speak clearly and at a pace the student to can follow.it is never useful to speak louder when students are confused.
