This Unit helped organize my thoughts about the difference between roles and responsibilities of teachers and learners. I was able to learn what activities a teacher should and should not do in a class and helped me frame the kind of class experience and age group I would feel more comfortable working with. It also helped me understand how to categorize student levels of language proficiency. This Unit further gave me a clear realization that teachers who will care about the students, have knowledge of the subject and who will guide students forward by following the strategy laid out and don't explained, in this Unit, will achieve good attendance, positive language results and a good group of motivated students.
