The Unit 7 tells about teaching new vocabulary, grammar and language functions starting with an introductory word to the importance of combining them together in the study process. Then we proceed reviewing the techniques for vocabulary teaching with the example of an ESA lesson which is usually 'patchwork' type. The language function classes are employed in order to teach the correct usage of the language in different situations (formal, informal speech) and according to the speaker's goal (inviting, disagreeing, proposing, suggesting). These classes require the accent of activation stage and role-plays. The ESA function lesson is usually 'boomerang' or 'patchwork' type. The example is given.
