For a good teacher, he/she should be patient, caring, fair and have a good knowledge of their subject and always can motive the students. A teacher's role in the class can be the manager, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model and monitor. For the students, their language levels will be beginners/starters, elementary, low/pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate, and advanced. And also for the different age groups of students, they will have different motivation, experience and behavior. From this unit i knew more about about the roles of a teacher and how to motive a student to become a good learner. And it's really important that a class should be not only the teacher to talk all the time but also should include a certain activities that students can join and talk and learn from them. No matter how different the students' age groups are, a good teacher should always caring about his/her students and find the best way to deal with the class.
