In this Unit I learned some basic grammar, the make up sentences and some of the rules that go along with it. I also learned how to describe all different parts of a speech in a sentence. I learned about all the different types of nouns and how you can categorize them. I learned about adjectives and the basic rule of order for them. I learned about definite and indefinite articles and when to use them. I learned about transitive verbs and instransitive verbs. Transitive verbs are followed directly by an object. I learned about the infinitive verb form as well as the basic tenses: past simple, past participle and present participle. I also learned about the many types of adverbs and pronouns. Many useful examples were given in this Unit.
