I think this is a good experience to realize the importance of teacher motivation once again. I am majoring in English education department, and currently teaching middle and high schoolers at the private academy located in Jeonju, as a part-time job. So I thought that I should lead a better education based on what I learned here to my students, and through this class, I decided to be a better English teacher. But leading the education like this, I think I have to revise some contents. Some of them in this unit are not suitable for Korean education. This is because there is no enough time to talk and discuss with my students. The class is only 50 minutes long, and the current Korean education system is biased toward entrance exams to go to a good university, rather than active participation.
