This unit was particularly interesting to me. As an Esl teacher, I pay close attention to proper pronunciation rather than fluency. I learnt so much in this unit, with regards to the art of pronunciation and phonology; more specifically to the articulation processes. As a native speaker, stress and intonation comes naturally as well as sound joining. However, having a new understand of this subject, I can now explain the various differences in detail to my students. Especially the phonemic alphabet, in which I enjoyed so much, ibam now able to creatively teach this matter. Thanks
