The two videos contain very different attitude of the teacher and the students. Although the students of the two lessons' level are same, the quality of lessons are very different. One of the reasons is the teacher's attitude. the teacher in the first video does not encourage the students to participate in his class and does not pay attentions to students' feelings. In contrast, the teacher in the second video show his enthusiasm for teaching and tries to involve all of the students in his lesson. Thus, these two video show that if a teacher tries to motivate students and uses materials with appropriate for the level, students will engage their tasks positively.
