This unit have taught me about the different roles of teachers in class. There are many roles that a good teachers should play throughout a class period such as a manager, organizers, assessors, etc. I do think it is very important for me to know and understand the meaning of each role so I could be helpful to students while sharing with them my knowledge of subjects and also to encourage them to learn in most effective way. The learning of accessing students level are also helpful to me. I could access students levels so I could help them and placed them within their range. The part of good learners taught me to understand my students well, and knowing that would encourage me to find more ways to motivate students in classroom.
I think that this unit is basic but very important for all new teachers. In understanding of teacher's role and learning process of different age group could help both students and learners in classroom to make learning a fun process instead of forcing punishment as most students think of as mentioning "going to school".
