Once again, this unit has been very stimulating and interesting. Because of the educational value of this course, and because I am inspired to understand the units, I am reading them over and over, especially UNIT 3, that was very challenging for me. I am really enjoying your course and I am very eager to learn and understand how to teach 'English as a second Language',because I have never done it before. In Barbados, where I was born, after receiving my GCE's, I taught English to students, but English was their first language.
This lesson dealt with the 'Equipment and the Teaching Aids' used in the teaching of English as a second language.In particular, it dealt with the use of the board, IWB's, OHP's, visual aids, recorders, cameras, DVD's, dictionaries, computers and online resources.
