In this unit we went over how a good teacher should be to their students. It requires you to be a whole variety of things not just someone who tells the students what to do, but model for them, organize things such as group projects. Correct them when they mess up but not in a condescending way in a way that helps them understand better. That there are different levels of students not only in age but in skill, from beginner to elementary, to intermediate and so on. That different students such as the age groups bring different things to the table including behavior, life experience, and motivation. People of all sorts of aspects of the language they are learning some might have a lot some might have a little. It really just all depends on the student.
