As the last chapter covering grammar, this unit covers modal auxiliary verbs, passive voice, relative clauses & phrasal verbs.
I think to master relative clauses well, students need to be at least intermediate level or above.
For phrasal verbs, they may differ a lot in meaning from the main verb alone. Some of them are used a lot in daily life, some of them are just beyond imagination if you haven't learnt yet. A vast vocabulary is needed to master phrasal verbs.
