In this unit I noted that it is not only important to create learning objectives for the students, but it is equally important to have teacher objectives as well. Even though the ultimate goal is to teach students, instructors may have personal goals they would like to achieve. It is important to remember that the focus is on your pupils but creating and achieving goals in your career will ensure you do not become complacent at work.
