This unit covering the intricacies and proper usages of modals, phrasal verbs, as well as passive voice, provides essential knowledge required to adequately produce an effective lesson surrounding these prinicples. Without fully understanding the subtle differences between all of these forms, it would prove difficult to develop a lesson structure capable of properly teaching second language students how to understand these rules. Most notably, the section on phrasal verbs showed me that even I had been imporperly utilizing some of their forms, and now feel confident in producing lessons that will help students to understand their proper usages.
