As a native English speaker, tenses are something that I use without thinking about them. This makes this lesson rather difficult. In order to teach someone how to speak properly you need to not only be able to speak properly yourself but also know why one way is proper while another is not. This unit covered present tenses, something I use every day, but it took me longer than expected to really grasp the differences between the types of present tense. I now understand why I was told that tenses are the most difficult part of this course.
