If you choose an online TESOL course from ITTT your end-of-course certificate will be accredited by the Paris University of International Education (PUIE), a well respected body in the field of ESL teaching. The PUIE is a higher education institute that is recognized by the Paris Academy as a degree-granting organization. In fact, ITTT certificates are the only fully online TESOL certificates that are currently validated, accredited and credit bearing from an internationally-recognized university. The PUIE has evaluated our Online TESOL Courses and agreed that they successfully meet all the criteria they require in order to receive their full accreditation.
If you decide that an in-class TESOL course at one of our international training centers is better suited to your plans, then the certificate you receive will be validated by Lamar University, Texas. Lamar University is part of the Texas State university system and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral levels. Upon successful completion of the course your TESOL qualification will be seen as the equivalent of a three-credit undergraduate university course through Lamar University. You will also be able to claim an official transcript for the course from the university for a small additional fee if required.
We also receive accreditation for our 5-day combined TESOL course from the Teacher Training Council, a well known international learning development body. Accreditation from leading institutions in the field of English language teaching, such as the PUIE, Lamar University, and the Teacher Training Council, is one of a long list of reasons why ITTT courses are respected and trusted by trainees and employers alike.
